About NET Visibility

Net Visibility has quickly established itself as a specialist internet marketing organisation. We¹d like to say that a bolt of lightning came down from above and hit us with the idea, but that would be incorrect.

Founding Directors Keith Hazelden and Neil Curtis started working together in London’s Docklands in 2001 whereby they set about changing the perception of a UK listed plc who had just seen its share price drop from £25 to 5p following the fall out of the dot com boom. An initial quick but practical fix to the company website, coupled with direct and electronic based demand generation activities, saw the number of page impressions grow.

More importantly, Hazelden and Curtis realised they could work together and their skill sets and styles complemented each other. Towards the end of 2002, they had launched six highly optimised national language websites which were generating true return on investment and decided that the time was right to pool their skills into a limited company and specialise in search engine optimisation. Hence, Net Visibility Limited.

Net Visibility optimises business websites but to be successful we believe we need to offer customers a variety of skill sets.

Keith Hazelden is Net Visibility’s senior analyst and has been successfully optimising web sites since 1996. He has attended and spoken at search engine conferences in London, Dallas, Los Angeles and San Jose. Keith’s major skill is in understanding the nuances of individual search engines to the smallest detail but at the same time having the business experience with which to apply this knowledge. Keith has previously worked for Sony and Sega, implementing technology change management solutions.

Neil Curtis is Net Visibility’s marketing specialist. His major skill is in quickly grasping new technology and describing it in such a way that it is easily understandable. Neil used this skill to great effect during his 7 years at IBM where he was the face of the software division. In recent years Neil has undertaken roles as senior marketing communications manager within the IT and telecommunications services industry.

In January 2002, Net Visibility formalised their relationship with superbike riders Dean Thomas, Glen Richards, Kawasaki Racing and signed a 5 year deal to design, manage and optimise the racing websites. Viewers of BBC’s Grandstand & SKY Digital can expect to see the team and the Net Visibility logo on the podium in the coming months.
